HVAC Maintenance in Southern Illinois
Routine maintenance, like air conditioning servicing and vent cleaning, keeps your equipment in top operating condition. This prolongs its life, lowering your annual cost of equipment, and at the same time it reduces the energy spent on cooling and heating your home. We are available to perform a check-up on your system upon your request, or you can enroll in our Total Comfort Savings Plan to have us do a full cleaning and exam on your system twice a year.
Depending on what equipment you are having serviced, a standard HVAC maintenance appointment will see our technician:
- Lubricate Blower Bearings
- Check the Blower Belts for Wear
- Clean the Burners and Check them for Corrosion
- Check the Ignition Source
- Check Gas Pressures
- Check Carbon Monoxide Levels
- Wash the Condenser Coils
- Flush the Condensate Drain Lines
- Check the Evaporator Coils for Leaks
- Check Electrical Contacts and Capacitors
- Check Refrigerant Levels
- Check Overall Heating or Cooling Operation

When the summer comes around, we will clean and check your cooling system.15% Discount on Required Parts

5% Discount on Equipment Replacement or Upgrades
Our Total Comfort Savings Agreement will ensure your heating and cooling equipment sees use for as many years as possible, but age catches up to us all. When the time finally comes to retire your system, our TCSA members will receive a 5% discount on any new equipment installed.
Priority Emergency Service and No Overtime Charges
Hopefully you will never need it, but our members get a free pass to the express lane. As a Total Comfort Savings Agreement holder, if your system goes down you will be first in line to have one of our certified technicians dispatched to you. If that repair is needed in the middle of the night, worry not: TCSA members also avoid pesky overtime charges. You pay a flat rate, whether you need us at 2pm on a Wednesday or 2am on Saturday.
